Preserving Tradition, Empowering Generations
Kshatriya Kalyan Parishad, Mainpuri is a community organisation inspired by the heritage of the Kshatriya tradition. Founded under the leadership of Shri Rambabu Kushwah, the Parishad began as a forum to preserve culture, provide mutual support, and promote education. Over time, it has grown into a modern organisation balancing tradition with social welfare and community service.
The Kshatriya identity has long been linked with leadership, protection, and service. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Kshatriya groups across India formed for education, cultural preservation, and social unity. From this movement, Kshatriya Kalyan Parishad emerged in Mainpuri to uphold values of dignity, discipline, and cooperation.
Shri Rambabu Kushwah, National President and founder, revitalised the community spirit by combining cultural pride with modern welfare. He revived the historic procession of Maharaja Tej Singh Chauhan, turning it into a symbol of unity and heritage. Under his leadership, the Parishad expanded into education, youth engagement, and welfare activities, becoming a guiding force for generations.
The growth of the Parishad was made possible with the support of dedicated leaders such as Prof. Shiv Balak Singh, Babu Gaya Singh Chauhan, Shiv Veer Singh Bhadauri, Ravendra Singh Rathore, Satish Singh Chauhan, Shivraj Singh Gaur, and Arun Tomar. Their commitment helped the Parishad become a strong and structured organisation in Mainpuri.
Today, the Parishad is guided by a dynamic leadership team. Shri Rambabu Kushwah, known as the “Pitamah of Mainpuri,” continues to inspire with his vision and dedication. Alongside him, Dr. Rajpal Singh Chauhan, Director of Chanakya ACL, brings innovation and organisational strength. Together, they represent continuity and progress.
Respected mentors such as Dr. B.K. Singh, Col. Satender Singh Chauhan (Retd.), Shree Sheelendra Singh Chauhan, Advocate Shree Shailendra Singh “Wilton,” and Dr. A.K. Singh Rathore provide valuable guidance, ensuring that the Parishad’s work remains effective and community-focused.
The Parishad follows democratic principles with elections, bylaws, and grievance mechanisms. Regular audits, transparent accounts, and compliance with NGO regulations ensure accountability and trust.
With visionary leadership, guidance from mentors, and a dedicated team, Kshatriya Kalyan Parishad, Mainpuri is determined to uphold heritage while addressing today’s needs. Its mission is clear: to unite the Kshatriya community, preserve its pride, and build a stronger future for generations to come.
